Through our dementia-friendly sessions, we provide safe, supportive environments where individuals living with dementia, along with their families and carers, can remain active, engaged, and connected. These sessions are designed to promote dignity, reduce isolation, and create moments of joy and shared experience. Similarly, our Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme ensures that children and young people have access to nutritious meals and engaging physical activities during school holidays, helping to tackle holiday hunger while encouraging healthier habits from a young age.
We also place a strong emphasis on supporting older adults through initiatives such as active ageing and walking football. These programmes are not just about physical activity-they are about maintaining independence, building confidence, and supporting social connections.
